Rickenbacker Room Rental Fee

Includes staff, glassware, two bars for standard five-hour event. Gratuity not included.
Friday / Saturday / Holiday $2,000
Other Days $1,500

Vault Charge Food/Beverage Minimum

Includes staff, existing furniture, glassware, plateware during regular business hours. Must use Tom's Town for catering. Gratuity not included.
Wednesday / Thursday $1,000

All alcohol must be purchased through Tom’s Town. All bar glassware is included in the rental fee.

Damage Deposit

A $1,000 damage deposit is required and due at least 30 days prior to your event. If a check is written, it will be refunded seven days following the event. If a credit card is used, we will credit your card by the second business day. Any damage to the premises is determined by Tom’s Town management, and will result in a partial or total loss of the damage deposit.

Rental Deposit

A 50% rental deposit is required and due at the time of contractual agreement. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days prior to your event.
