The Machine No. 6: Gingersnap Whiskey is a collaboration between Kansas City’s Double Shift Brewing and Tom’s Town. We distilled their big and boozy Gingersnap Beer and aged it for eight months in 15-gallon white American oak barrels. The result is a warm and rich malt whiskey with notes of ginger, molasses and cinnamon. This uniquely Kansas City whiskey makes a delicious holiday cocktail, but we enjoy it most straight up.
Your ticket includes a signed bottle of Gingersnap Whiskey, cocktails, appetizers, and tastings of both the whiskey and Double Shift’s beer.
