We are not allowed by law to ship spirits from our distillery in Missouri.

Machine releases are produced in very small batches and are sold exclusively at the Distillery at 1701 Main Street in Kansas City.

Please tell your favorite liquor store to carry Tom's Town. You can print THIS CARD and take it direclty to them.

Full service catering is allowed. Caters must bill through Tom’s Town and we charge a 10% service fee.

Tom’s Town offers full catering options, from appetizers to buffet style and plated dinners.

If you cancel your event after you have paid the deposit you forfeit the payment. If we are able to rent the space to someone else we will refund half of your deposit. If you simply change the date of the event there is no penalty.

The room fee in the Rickenbacker and the food and beverage minimum in the Vault increase by 10% during the month of December.

Yes we offer daytime meeting packages often followed by a happy hour.

There is not a bar in the Vault. You will have a server take your order and go to the bar for your drinks.

We do not offer bar packages in the Vault. You order drinks off the menu and pay by consumption.

We do offer drinks by consumption and cash bar with a beverage minimum.

We have hosted many Oscar style weddings (guests sit at the reception tables during the ceremony) followed by a reception. We are not able to flip the room for a traditional wedding followed by a reception. You can hold a small wedding in the Vault, however, and have your reception in the Rickenbacker.

Yes, for an additional cost. Coat racks are available for no cost.

Yes, as long as you let us know at least two weeks in advance.

Yes. Furniture, including lounge seating, banquet tables, dining tables and chairs are available for rent.

To secure the date, we require a 50% rental deposit. The remaining balance must be paid seven days prior to your event.

All our bar packages include Tom's Town's award-winning spirits. Packages range from standard to premium full craft cocktail options. These packages are $25-$35/per person.

The room fee includes staff, glassware, and two mobile bars for a standard five-hour event. Gratuity of 18% (food/bev) will be added to your final bill.

The Rickenbacker is available for up to five hours; the Vault is avaialable for up to four and a half hours.

The Rickenbacker room has a room fee of $2,000 on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and $1500 Monday - Thursday. The Vault has a food and beverage minimum of $2,000 on the weekends and $1,000 Monday - Thursday.

The Tom’s Town parking lot is directly to the south of our building. There are four large public parking lots within a block of Tom’s Town. The lot directly across Main St. is also availble for rent, or valet service can be arranged for an additional cost.

We do not take reservations in our tasting room, but if your party is large you may inquire about booking one of our private event spaces after your tour. Email lisa@toms-town.com

Children ages 15 and older are welcome on distillery tours, but will not be served during the tasting. Tickets are $10 for both children and adults, regardless of drinking age.

Distillery tours last about one hour and include an inside look at Kansas City during the Prohibition era under Tom Pendergast’s rule, the distillation process of our world class spirits and of course, a tasting of our vodka, gin and bourbon.

We recommend all tickets be purchased online, but if there are open spots on the tour, you may be able to purchase one in the tasting room 15 minutes prior to the tour start time.

While we do take reservations for our Distillery Tours, we do not take them for dining in the Tasting Room. Seating is on a first come first served basis.

Yes, we have a variety of gluten-free menu options.

You may visit Tom's Town if you're under 21, but you will not be served alcoholic beverages.
