The Machine No. 6: Gingersnap Whiskey is a collaboration between Kansas City’s Double Shift Brewing and Tom’s Town. The result is a warm and rich malt whiskey with notes of ginger, molasses and cinnamon. This uniquely Kansas City whiskey makes a delicious holiday cocktail, but we enjoy it most straight up.
